Intents: Schools Peace Camp, 2012

Part of the project Peace Camp, the InTents education project worked with over 400 young people from across the UK. Every school was sent a bell tent in which to present a piece of art work inspired by the themes of love, language and landscape. I worked with poet Laura Dockrill and students from Haverstock School, Camden to make Tangled web of love, an installation that combines the students poetry, photos and stitched mementos. It was exhibited in London on the Southbank and at the Roundhouse. The project was initiated as part of the 2012 Cultural Olympiad devised collaboratively between theatre director Deborah Warner, actor Fiona Shaw and creative producer Artichoke.
